Welcome to Sharpest Girl Knife Sharpening. I'm Michelle, a Pearland-based knife sharpener in the greater Houston area. I hand sharpen using Japanese waterstones, and the majority of what I work on are kitchen knives. Feel free to contact me to arrange for knife drop-off and pick up, and, if there is interest, I am also open to giving Sharpening 101 type lessons.
